This strategic role will lead all accounting operations for the U.S. business, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence while supporting the company's rapid expansion across major retailers and e-commerce.

Responsibilities
Lead all accounting operations including general ledger, AR/AP, deductions, inventory accounting and tax compliance across the U.S. business
Own monthly, quarterly and annual closes in line with GAAP and group reporting requirements
Manage group consolidation, statutory reporting and external audit relationships
Enhance internal controls, policies and accounting procedures as the business scales
Partner with cross functional teams on trade spend, margin analysis, inventory reconciliation and operational accounting
Oversee accounting systems and tools including D365 and trade spend management software
Support and mentor accounting team members, driving efficiency, accuracy and accountability
Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to support scalability and international integration
Qualification
Required
CPA required with strong technical accounting foundation
Background in public accounting, ideally Top 10
Experience operating in high growth and international environments, ideally within CPG, beverage or broader consumer goods
Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP, with IFRS exposure helpful
Strong experience managing big box retailer deductions, trade spend and complex revenue channels
Comfortable in a lean, fast paced, evolving structure where building is as important as maintaining
Excellent communication skills and credibility working across all levels of the business
Systems savvy, ideally with experience using D365 and trade spend platforms
