Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive regional business strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals
Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and potential risks within the region
Make informed decisions to drive sustainable growth and profitability
Manage the regional budget, ensuring financial targets and performance metrics are met or exceeded
Monitor and analyze financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to make data-driven decisions
Implement cost-effective measures to optimize profitability
Oversee all operational aspects, including sales, marketing, delivery, and customer service
Streamline processes, improve efficiency, and maintain the highest standards of quality and service
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Build and lead a high-performing regional leadership team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, government agencies, and industry associations
Represent the company in the region, participating in industry events and conferences
Identify and mitigate potential risks to the business, ensuring regulatory compliance and ethical business practices
Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges
Report regularly to the Company’s corporate leadership on regional performance, challenges, and opportunities
Provide transparent and timely communication to employees and stakeholders
Additional responsibilities as required to support the overall success of the team and organization
Qualification
Required
MUST be located in Georgia or Tennessee
A Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field
A background in sales, project management, and/or technology
10+ years of relevant experience
Proven experience in a senior executive leadership role within a similar industry or sector
Strong financial acumen and a track record of driving financial growth and profitability
Exceptional strategic planning and execution skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Demonstrated leadership in building and managing high-performing teams
Prior experience in software service sales for government clients
Consultative mindset and a dedication to learning in a dynamic environment
Ability to foster collaborative relationships, build trust, and become a trusted advisor
Ability to travel and scout opportunities
Ability to stand and sit for sustained periods of time, at least 50%
Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data; transcribing/typing; viewing a computer; extensive reading
Preferred
In-depth knowledge of the Public sector within the region is a plus
A broad, enterprise-wide view of the program
Knowledge of and experience in the public sector including agency landscape, leadership, funding, contracting, and solutioning
