Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to internal client teams, including scheduling, drafting materials, and compiling and distributing action items
Draft client-facing materials including donor outreach emails, campaign collateral, workplans, dashboards, and reports
Conduct initial prospect research
Coordinate logistics and material preparation for both internal and external meetings
Support milestone tracking and light project management tasks
Communicate regularly with team members on client communications and updates
Proactively seek opportunities to deepen expertise in fundraising, tools, and internal processes
Contribute to the organization beyond client work by supporting teams, joining committees, or helping with practice area initiatives
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of professional experience, ideally in a nonprofit, consulting, or philanthropic organization
Ability to form relationships with diverse groups of people
Excellent research and computing skills
Strong writing and communication skills
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative spirit
Demonstrated interest in the nonprofit sector and social impact
Preferred
Previous exposure to fundraising and development
Experience with Raiser's Edge and Salesforce is preferred but not required
