The State of Wisconsin is seeking Tax Attorneys to join the Department of Revenue's Office of General Counsel. The role involves representing the department in various tax-related legal matters, providing legal advice, and reviewing legislation.

Represent the Department of Revenue in tax cases before the Tax Appeals Commission and in cases before other administrative agencies and the courts, and in assessor decertification proceedings

Provide legal advice and opinions on a variety of legal questions

Required

Graduated from an accredited law school
