Employee Engagement Coordinator

Responsibilities
Create and distribute the firm’s daily newsletter and other internal communications
Plan and manage a variety of social and employee events (holiday parties, milestone celebrations, friendly competitions, philanthropic initiatives, etc.)
Coordinate employee recognition programs, including birthdays, work anniversaries, and appreciation initiatives
Support new hire onboarding by preparing and sending welcome swag
Partner with the Diversity Committee on cultural programming and events
Assist with firmwide philanthropy efforts (blood drives, toy drives, meal prep events, etc.)
Collect employee feedback via surveys and help refine engagement strategies
Provide general support to HR leadership as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
At least 1+ year of corporate and/or professional services experience required
Interest in HR, employee engagement, or event planning a must
Tech savvy
