Responsibilities

Support the full lifecycle recruiting of our cafe team members and Student CEOs for new and existing cafes
Coordinate the full recruiting lifecycle including candidate communications, interview scheduling, and follow-up
Maintain job postings across various platforms and process candidate applications in the Applicant Tracking System
Track candidate statuses and prepare regular recruiting metrics reports
Identify and evaluate on-campus recruitment opportunities, with particular focus on emerging café markets
Research and recommend participation in school events and initiatives that effectively promote employment opportunities to target audiences
Assist with planning and executing campus recruiting events, career fairs, and information sessions
Prepare recruiting materials, coordinate logistics, and help maintain a positive brand presence at all recruiting events
Ensure all candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruiting process
Serve as an initial point of contact for candidates, providing timely responses and clear communication about next steps in the hiring process
Maintain accurate and timely candidate data across all systems and trackers
Provide up-to-date information on candidate statuses and generate reports on recruiting metrics as required by the team and leadership
Support Campus Recruiters in managing SVPs of Campus Recruiting
Provide resources and coordinate communication to ensure SVPs have what they need to assist with recruiting efforts on their respective campuses

Required

0-1 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or campus ambassador role
Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proven success in team environments with excellent communication skills
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Developed professional written and verbal communication abilities
Support, exhibit, and promote Saxbys Mission and Core Values in all daily activities
Valid driver's license if required to drive
Able to stand, walk, and smile for extended periods of time
Able to stoop and kneel
Push, pull, lift or carry up to 35 lbs
Ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps
