Responsibilities

Conduct secondary and primary research to uncover actionable insights for strategic decision-making

Analyze and monitor healthcare trends, competitors, and market dynamics to develop comprehensive analyses

Transform research findings into compelling and meaningful overviews for leadership

Collaborate on strategic briefs to guide cross-functional teams in delivering impactful initiatives

Assist in the development and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) for various departments and programs

Support the planning and coordination of strategic projects and programmatic events

Contribute to the preparation of presentations and reports for executive leadership

Required

Currently enrolled and/or recently graduated from an undergraduate or graduate program in healthcare management, business administration, public health, or related field

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Demonstrated interest in healthcare strategy and operations

Demonstrates basic healthcare operation knowledge

Maintains compliance with departmental policies and procedures

Engages in professional self-development

Performs tasks to reinforce industry specific issues related to the degree as well as the needs of the Health System

Individual assignments are completed under the direction of the appropriate Health System Leader

Develops recommendations around how to improve processes

Demonstrates computer skills and proficiency in the utilization of standard software specific to departmental needs

Communicates and collaborates with assigned work team to provide backup coverage and support as needed
