Responsibilities

Lead the preparation of external financial reports, including annual and quarterly filings, ensuring all disclosures, workpapers, and digital tagging requirements are accurately completed. (10-K, 10-Q,s)

Oversee key components of the monthly close, such as consolidated financial reporting and detailed lease accounting schedules

Serve as the central coordination point across internal teams to gather documentation and data needed for regulatory reporting and financial statement preparation

Conduct technical accounting research, draft memos, and help operationalize new standards or accounting guidance as unique or complex transactions arise
