Responsibilities

Prepare and share data reports and visual presentations that highlight engagement, usage, and impact across schools, districts, and support team members in their work with partners
Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for educators and leaders
Collaborate with internal data and product teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting
Maintain templates, dashboards, and processes that make data reporting efficient and meaningful for the Program Success team
Serve as a trusted partner to schools and districts — helping them understand their data and strengthen implementation strategies
Participate in partner meetings, data reviews, and check-ins to share insights and gather feedback
Support program onboarding and rollout for new partners, ensuring smooth adoption by teachers and administrators
Elevate stories and examples of strong implementation to share with the broader team and partner network
Provide hands-on support to key accounts, including schools and districts in the Miami region
Partner with educators and leaders to ensure seamless program operations — from rostering and setup to ongoing technical and instructional support
Conduct school visits, classroom co-observations, and coaching sessions in collaboration with instructional and professional learning teams to strengthen implementation quality and educator capacity
Gather on-the-ground feedback to inform continuous improvement of our tools, supports, and data reporting
Serve as a bridge between partners and internal teams to troubleshoot issues, surface needs, and ensure a high-quality user experience
Lead and coordinate special projects that advance the Program Success team’s goals — such as new reporting tools, data storytelling initiatives, or process improvements
Collaborate with colleagues across teams (Insights & Analytics, Education Solutions, Product) to ensure a cohesive and high-quality partner experience
Track project timelines and deliverables, keeping communication clear and progress steady

Qualification

Required

4+ years of experience in K–12 education, edtech, or a related field
Experience working in schools — ideally as a teacher, instructional coach, or school/district support role
Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and communicate data in ways that are accessible and relevant to educators
Excellent project management skills and attention to detail; comfortable juggling multiple priorities
Clear and engaging communicator who can build and maintain relationships with diverse partners
Proficiency with Google Workspace, spreadsheets (Excel & Sheets), and presentation tools; experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., QuickSight, Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio) is a plus
Deep commitment to equity, access, and supporting educators in improving student outcomes with a focus on growth for every learner
Experience in a partner-facing implementation, customer success, or data coaching role
Comfort facilitating data conversations with teachers or administrators
Willing to travel frequently (20-30%) with access to a major metropolitan airport
