Responsibilities

SOV Management: Create, prepare, and confirm signatures on Statements of Values (SOVs)

Co-op Program Support: Maintain cooperative relationships, track reporting requirements, and provide timely updates to stakeholders

Financial Administration: Upload budgets, monitor ProGreen accounts receivable, and ensure accuracy of financial data

Project Support: Update package estimates and maintain fields in NetSuite; support bid tracker backup processes

Office Operations: Manage supplies, kitchen inventory, and prepare FedEx labels to support staff needs

Documentation & Reporting: Ensure all records are up to date, accurate, and filed according to company policies

General Administrative Support: Provide assistance to leadership and team members with scheduling, communication, and clerical tasks as needed

Required

Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or project coordination role
