Responsibilities
Operating, tuning, and maintaining endpoint security tools
Investigate and resolve security incidents
Manage and secure endpoint management platforms (SCCM/MECM & Intune)
Handle daily operational tasks: patching, vulnerability remediation, log review, and health monitoring of all security solutions
Conduct and participate in vulnerability assessments, audits, and penetration testing activities
Deploy, integrate, and configure new security tools and enhancements
Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership on security posture and trends
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, IT risk, IT compliance, or similar environment
Hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM and Microsoft Defender
Experience with KnowBe4 security awareness training
At least one cybersecurity certification (Security+ preferred)
Preferred
Intune experience
Managed SIEM service experience
Experience with Proofpoint and Patch My PC
Exposure to or experience with a Managed SOC
NIST certifications or framework experience
