Responsibilities

Build custom integrations with customer systems (APIs, webhooks, data pipelines)
Design and deploy architectures for high-volume environments
Triage and debug production issues across customer deployments
Implement customer-specific extensions that don’t yet belong in the core platform. Communicate with customers directly
Be the customer’s voice inside Engineering and Product. Identify patterns and push for upstream improvements

Required

4+ yrs (Engineer) / 6+ yrs (Sr. Engineer) / 8+ yrs (Staff Engineer) of production engineering experience
Strong fundamentals: APIs, distributed systems, data modeling
Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT, SQL, and cloud infrastructure
Excellent debugging skills and a systematic approach to problem-solving
Strong written and verbal communication — comfortable with both engineers and compliance teams
Ownership mindset and comfort working directly with customers
Languages: TypeScript/Node.js (primary)
Infrastructure: REST APIs, PostgreSQL/Supabase, workflow engines (Temporal/Airflow/Prefect)
DevOps: Git, Docker, monitoring (Datadog), CI/CD tools

Preferred

Python (nice to have)
Experience in fintech, compliance, or AI-driven data systems
