Responsibilities
Active identification and recruiting of candidates
Constant maintenance of submitted candidates and scheduling interviews/interview prep
Consistently update Bullhorn (Applicant Tracking System) ATS to reflect current candidate information, activity records, and interview summaries
Work diligently with leadership to understand our clients, our clients' job requirements, and the skills our clients need
Qualification
Required
Hard-working, coachable, competitive, results-driven, and strong communications skills (phone/written) are a must
Strong computer skills including MS Outlook and MS Word
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
