Forwarding and/or filing loan documents in accordance with Bank procedures
Inputting and tracking Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) financing statements and insurance
Preparing releases of collateral
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
Able to plan and organize
Good written and verbal communication skills
Possesses attention to detail with excellent follow-through
Able to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
Good time management skills
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or related field preferred
1-2 year(s) experience in commercial loan operations or real estate lending preferred
