Lead Sales Associate
KENT Outdoors is a leading destination for outdoor enthusiasts, offering innovative equipment for adventure seekers. The Lead Sales Associate will create a welcoming in-store experience, manage daily operations, and support sales goals while building customer relationships in one of the BOTE flagship locations.

Responsibilities
Strategically represent the BOTE brand to create a positive in-store experience and ensure customer satisfaction
Open and close the store including any daily operational processes
Handle transactions, inventory movement, barcode tagging, and POS process with accuracy
Learn the full BOTE product lineup, including physically testing out various models of in water product
Support sales goals by staying informed on store performance and priorities and work with the local team towards exceeding sales goals daily
Learn merchandising strategies and maintain / update store merchandising as directed
Build genuine customer relationships and help grow a loyal community in the area
Qualification
Required
Experience working with premium brands delivering best in class experiences to both internal and external customers
Ability to work individually and in a team environment
Excellent time management abilities with a proven ability to multi-task
Equivalent related professional sales experience and open availability is required
Direct experience in customer experience and delivering sales and KPI targets
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
Strong computer skills and adaptability learning new software platforms and data management processes
