Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Monitor financial transactions, resolve discrepancies, and reconcile accounts

Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures in accordance with ERP best practices and regulatory standards

Enhance accounting procedures and workflows to boost efficiency and accuracy

Evaluate and implement automation where feasible

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls, updating policies as necessary to mitigate risks

Lead the implementation of ERP systems (JD Edwards), customizing modules to align with the organization's financial requirements

Collaborate with IT and finance teams to configure ERP functionalities and workflows to optimize financial processes

Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate ERP systems with other business processes, including procurement, supply chain, and human resources

Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to ensure seamless data flow and process alignment

Communicate with senior management and key stakeholders to provide updates on ERP initiatives, project milestones, and financial system performance

Present findings, recommendations, and strategic insights derived from ERP data analysis to support decision-making processes
