Customer Experience Associate- Foresight Sports
Giro Sport Design is a company focused on golf performance and technology, seeking a Customer Experience Associate to join their team. This role involves managing inbound customer calls, providing exceptional service, and collaborating with various teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Answer and manage high volumes of inbound customer and prospect phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Listen actively to understand caller needs and determine the appropriate sales region, representative, or department for routing
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Foresight Sports’ sales regions, product offerings, and internal processes to ensure accurate call direction
Provide basic product and service information when needed to support the customer experience
Document call details and interactions in the company CRM system
Assist with general sales support tasks such as scheduling follow-up calls, directing email inquiries, and updating customer information
Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction
Uphold Foresight Sports’ brand standards by delivering a positive, professional, and solution-oriented experience for every caller
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer-service abilities
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with phone systems, Salesforce tools, and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Slack, email platforms)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
Team-player mentality with a willingness to learn and support various sales functions
Preferred
1–2 years of customer service, receptionist, sales support, or call-center experience
