Accounts Payable Specialist (Part-Time)

LHH is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist (Part-Time) responsible for managing and processing vendor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and maintaining financial records. The role requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Human Resources

Responsibilities

Review, verify, and process vendor invoices and expense reports
Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
Prepare and execute weekly payment runs
Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions
Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues promptly
Assist with month-end closing and reporting as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Required

Previous experience in accounts payable or related accounting role
