Responsibilities

Build large-scale services for intaking, enriching, routing, and decisioning abuse reports
Work closely with UX design, research, data science, and product managers to substantially improve the efficacy, scale, and trustworthiness of abuse reporting
Help evolve our moderation infrastructure to meet new safety and compliance requirements
Leverage ML to tackle difficult problems at scale
Work with a tightly-knit, high-performing, diverse, and energetic cross-functional product engineering team with a strong sense of camaraderie

Qualification

Required

5+ years of experience with scalable infrastructure and distributed systems
5+ years of experience in Golang/C++/C#/Java/etc
Experience with modern microservice architecture
Capability and willingness in being predominantly a product engineer but occasionally serve a platform role with internal partners
Interest with Safety systems
A growth mindset

Preferred

Experience with the Trust & Safety domain
Experience with AI/ML at scale
