Blue Springs Siding & Windows is looking for a full-time Inside Sales Rep to join our team in Blue Springs, MO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, following calling scripts, and managing leads to drive sales.

Responsibilities

Schedule 3 - 4 Appointments a Day to Retain the Position

Call and schedule Internet Leads, Canvass Leads, Show Leads, Previous Customer's and Rehash Leads

Follow Calling Scripts and overcome timing and affordability Objections

Work independently and as part of a team

Use the company’s online tools

Work with a variety of people, both inside and outside the company

Work on multiple projects at once and adapt quickly to change

Maintain confidentiality as part of the company culture

Required

A minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales or Appointment Setting

A minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales or Overcoming Objections

Must be able to work a rotation of every other Saturday: one week 9 - 5 and Saturday 9 - 2. The following week 9 - 6 and off that Saturday

Must be able to schedule 3 - 4 Appointments a Day to Retain the Position

Somebody that knows how to call and schedule Internet Leads, Canvass Leads, Show Leads, Previous Customer's and Rehash Leads

Somebody that knows how to follow Calling Scripts and that can be communicated by memory in a period of time and know how to overcome timing and affordability Objections

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Must be computer literate and able to use the company's online tools

Must be able to work with a variety of people, both inside and outside the company

Must be able to work on multiple projects at once and adapt quickly to change

Must have excellent organizational skills, be detail oriented, and able to follow instructions

Must have excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
