Responsibilities
Develop and test IVR contact flows and modules in Amazon Connect
Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications
Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions
Qualification
Required
2+ years of software development experience
Experience with Python development
Experience with version control tools such as GitLab
US Citizenship required and ability to obtain a Public Trust
Preferred
Experience with Amazon Connect or similar CCaaS tool
Amazon Lex experience
Experience building, optimizing, or maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitLab
AWS Certified Developer - Associate certification
