401(k) Administrator
OneDigital | Resourcing Edge is a Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and market leader in providing Human Capital Management Solutions. The 401(k) Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day management of pooled employer plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and providing support to clients and plan participants.
Responsibilities
Work directly with clients to manage all client sponsored 401k plan administration
Support 401k Manager, as needed, to provide support for Resourcing Edge 401k plan administration
Partner with Implementation and Client coordinating with 401k provider
Work with clients and providers to set up new retirement plans
Assist employees with retirement questions
Review data entry changes made to the payroll system
QC all changes
Assist terminated clients with plan transfers
Work with our internal teams to answer client and employee questions
Work with data processing team, Ben Reps or Implementation for client sponsored plan set up and SOP’s on how to manage plan
Other duties as appropriate to the objectives of the role and goals of Resourcing Edge
Qualification
Required
Knowledge of 401(k) administration, plan design consultation, and compliance testing
Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
Interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, plan participants, and coworkers
Preferred
Knowledge of retirement plan laws, regulations, and applicable legal requirements is desired
Proficiency in using PrismHR, iSolved payroll software and technology for reporting, plan management, and administrative tasks is desired
Experience in the financial, human resources, or benefits administration industry is a bonus
