Responsibilities
Lead marine construction projects directly from the field
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, and documentation
Support cost control, quantity tracking, and billing
Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, logistics, and materials
Work closely with Superintendents and Project Managers
Maintain as-builts, QA/QC, and closeout documentation
Enforce jobsite safety and IIF (Incident & Injury-Free) culture
Step in as acting Assistant Project Manager when required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
1–10 years of marine construction experience (2–6 years ideal)
Experience in dry dock, waterfront, or heavy civil/marine work
Strong onsite field presence (this is not remote)
Comfortable with travel-heavy rotation
Preferred
Military background strongly preferred
