Responsibilities

The Personal Lines Account Executive is accountable for delivering high quality and efficient service to both internal and external clients through the day-to-day account management of an assigned group of accounts
The Personal Lines Account Executive directly contributes to key business outcomes such as client retention, client satisfaction, enhancing value to our clients and prospects, achieving operating/margin targets and fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement
Successfully and profitably manages an assigned group of accounts
In partnership with the Production team, takes a leadership role in the renewal process, ensuring that the best possible solution is delivered to the client in a high-quality & timely manner
Secures existing business and drives the sale of additional services and lines of coverage
Take a leadership role in the renewal process to ensure the best possible solutions are delivered to clients in high quality and timely manner
Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance standards and service levels are met
Own all audit, review and claims processes for assigned book of business
Analyze data to draft client service plans, stewardship reports, and other meaningful reports tailored to the needs of the client and circumstances of the presentation
Skilled at forecasting industry trends to predict needed changes in client strategies
Review changes in carrier offerings and policies and relay information to the larger service team and directly to clients, in addition to cross selling other lines of business
Facilitate and collaborate with account team on the agency’s renewal strategy
Create complex risk-management strategies for accounts and other team members to attract and retain large client accounts
Partner with industry and carrier experts to deliver strategy and solution options to clients and the broader agency

Qualification

P&C LicenseClient service experienceClaims management experienceMicrosoft Office proficiencyFinancial acumenConsultative discussionSelf-directed workCommunication skills

Required

Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience
P&C License
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Appropriate licensing as required

Preferred

Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships
Solid financial acumen
