Human Resources Manager
Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced and energetic Human Resources Manager to join their leadership team. This role supports all HR functions for the facility, including recruitment, employee relations, training, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management.
Responsibilities
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with all state and federal regulations
Administer HR programs, benefits, and employee records
Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and new hire orientation
Support managers with hiring, performance reviews, coaching, and employee relations
Coordinate and deliver training in areas such as interviewing, performance management, and workplace safety
Assist with payroll processes and audit timesheets
Manage workplace investigations, separations, and exit interviews
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of HR experience (or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, FMLA, COBRA, ERISA, and employment regulations
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Preferred
Experience with Workday or similar HRIS
