Responsibilities

Design and develop RPA solutions to automate repetitive business processes, increasing operational efficiency

Collaborate with internal business leads to create automation documentation and translation of business process to automation processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize processes suitable for automation

Design and implement user-friendly interfaces for automation processes to facilitate easy consumption by business users

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand user requirements and incorporate feedback into Ul designs

Required

Applicants must have a minimum of a 3.2 GPA and have relevant prior work experience

Seeking a proactive, driven, and self-motivated individual who is willing to work in the digital business processes area within the energy industry on internal projects

Excellent problem-solving, collaboration and communication skills

Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization

Preferred

Current student (junior or senior preferred) actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Data Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or related degree

Experience in designing intuitive and user-friendly UIs for automation processes

Experience in platforms such as Visio, Draw.io, Mendix, UiPath, Alteryx, Microsoft Power Platform management of large power generation equipment for Siemens Energy
