Full Stack Software Engineer (L5), Studio Orchestration Platform
Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, and they are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to evolve the Studio Orchestrator platform. This role involves extending the platform's capabilities and integrating it into various tools used in content production, including artist content creation tools and data storage systems.

Responsibilities
Evolve the Studio Orchestrator platform to better serve content production partners in live action, animation and visual effects domains
Extend the capabilities of the platform and integrate it into tools such as artist content creation tools (Maya and Nuke) and asset management systems
Qualification
Required
Have recent proficient experience with Python and another language, preferably Java
Proficient with gRPC, GraphQL, or RESTful API design and implementation
Working experience with RDBMS and messaging systems such as Kafka
Working experience with modern frontend frameworks, especially React, and strong in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
Familiarity with the professional content production industry (VFX, animation) is a plus
Preferred
You are a passionate technologist focused on leveraging technology to solve practical, real-world problems and deliver significant impact
You take a pragmatic, thoughtful, practical approach to problem-solving that considers trade-offs and avoids over-engineering
You possess a deep empathy for the users of your software, allowing their needs and experiences to thoughtfully guide your development decisions
