Responsibilities

Perform field-based troubleshooting and repairs on power distribution products installed within data warehouse facilities
Serve as the main representative for the company during service visits, ensuring strong communication and customer satisfaction
Travel regionally 100% of the time using your own vehicle (mileage provided); average 40–50 hours/week with some nights, weekends, and holiday coverage required
Conduct diagnostics and break/fix work on AC/DC electrical equipment, switchgear, and power systems
Work collaboratively with technical support and engineering teams to resolve issues quickly
Maintain accurate documentation of service calls, logs, and travel using company systems

Required

Solid electrical troubleshooting skills and understanding of AC/DC fundamentals
Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with customers on-site
Ability to travel locally using personal vehicle
Must be reliable and flexible to support overtime and urgent requests

Preferred

3–5 years of experience with electrical systems, high-voltage and power distribution exposure
Data center experience
Prior military background
