Responsibilities
Assists in conceptual design
Assists in fee determination and proposal preparation
Establishes a QA/QC plan for each project
Acts as a mentor for younger engineers and assists with their career development
Attends project meetings and represents Martin/Martin, Inc. during design and construction
Follows up on collection of account receivables
Qualification
Required
Completed a minimum of 9 years progressive engineering experience
Demonstrates leadership abilities beneficial to the company's future
Consistently meets established financial metrics
Preferred
Has designed numerous projects and followed them through from start of design to end of construction
Demonstrates effective internal and external communication skills
Leads or supports company strategic initiatives/goals
Shows strong commitment to continued professional development
Demonstrates advanced project management skills
Demonstrates interest in company stock program
Ability to handle stressful situations/deadlines
Ability to handle confidential information
