Responsibilities
Design, program, and integrate automation solutions across manufacturing operations
Troubleshoot and resolve automation and control system issues
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive Industry 4.0 initiatives
Maintain, test, and upgrade automated systems for optimal performance
Analyze production data to identify process improvements
Document best practices and train staff on automation systems
Collaborate with vendors to implement new technologies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or related field)
4+ years of experience in automation, controls, or industrial systems
Strong knowledge of robotics, PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, SCADA, and industrial networking
Proficiency in Rockwell Automation software; Ignition and Python experience preferred
Skilled with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar CAD tools
Familiar with Lean Manufacturing principles and project management
