Assist branches, departments, and customers with loan servicing inquiries

Required

High school diploma or equivalent required

Banking experience in the consumer loan area with good working knowledge of the various consumer loan products as well as mortgage loan documentation and regulations highly desirable

1 year of experience in general clerical, administrative, customer service or related field

Able to plan, organize and budget

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Able to handle confidential matters judiciously

Possesses attention to detail with excellent follow-through

Able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines

Excellent time management skills

Possesses sales skills to enhance business development objectives

Strong attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft 365 programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel; ability to learn various software programs
