Senior Product Manager - Data Deploy (Salesforce Ecosystem)

Responsibilities
Develop and articulate a compelling long-term vision for our Salesforce DevOps solutions and translate market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer insights into a dynamic, actionable product roadmap
Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure product initiatives support overall business objectives and customer success
Identify emerging opportunities and leverage innovative technologies (e.g., AI-driven analytics, CI/CD enhancements) to maintain our competitive edge
Utilize agile frameworks to plan, prioritize, and deliver product features iteratively, ensuring timely and high-quality releases
Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and support teams to define user stories, detailed specifications, and execution plans that drive customer value
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to track feature adoption and overall product success, and use data-driven insights to refine the roadmap continuously
Gather and synthesize customer feedback through interviews, surveys, and usability testing, ensuring that the product meets real-world needs
Build close relationships with customers and implementation partners working in these domains to surface gaps, validate use cases, and prioritize the roadmap accordingly
Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation and development to user acceptance testing, launch, and post-launch optimization
Manage trade-offs effectively by balancing technical constraints, customer needs, and business goals, while mitigating risks in complex product development environments
Champion a user-centric design approach by collaborating with UX teams to create intuitive interfaces that simplify complex processes
Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring that user pain points are addressed promptly and product enhancements drive customer satisfaction and growth
Develop comprehensive training and enablement materials for internal teams and partners to ensure successful product adoption and support
Regularly engage with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to communicate product updates, gather feedback, and align on go-to-market strategies
Conduct in-depth market and competitive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats, informing strategic product decisions
Represent Copado in customer meetings, industry conferences, and partner engagements to articulate the product vision and influence market positioning
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
Deep understanding of configuration data management challenges in Salesforce Clouds like CPQ, RCA, Commerce Cloud, and nCino
Proven experience managing products that involve data extraction, transformation, and deployment, preferably for enterprise SaaS or low-code/no-code platforms
Experience working with Salesforce metadata and data APIs, including tools such as SOQL, Data Loader, External Objects, or Custom Metadata Types
Certifications: Salesforce Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, System Architect is required (One or more)
5+ years of product management experience within SaaS, DevOps, or cloud-based environments; enterprise-level product experience in the Salesforce ecosystem is required
Demonstrated expertise in agile product development, roadmap planning, and lifecycle management
Proven experience in writing and maintaining user stories to effectively communicate customer requirements and guide development teams
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships in fast-paced, innovative environments
Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand, discuss, and translate technical concepts into actionable product plans
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with a track record of data-driven decision-making
Experience conducting market research, customer interviews, and competitive analysis to inform strategic initiatives
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools and ecosystem best practices is highly desirable
