Responsibilities
Operating Model Design including current state / future state analysis, strategic design, initiative prioritization, sequencing, road mapping and a phased approach to delivery
Implementation of portfolio monitoring technology solutions
Collaboration with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate requirements into technical specifications
Conducting thorough analysis of existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation
Providing training and support to end-users, ensuring proficient utilization of technology platforms
Monitoring system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implementing enhancements to optimize functionality
Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in portfolio monitoring technology
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in management consulting, technology or operating in the Private Markets Investment Industry
Strong project management capabilities with proven ability to manage workstreams, drive accountability, and deliver on time and within scope
Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex data and technical concepts into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders
Demonstrated success leading complex technology transformation initiatives, including requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, and change management
Experience guiding clients through end-to-end project execution, from discovery and solution design through implementation and post-go-live support
Understanding of investment products, asset classes, and portfolio management principles; experience within private equity, venture capital, or alternative investments
Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and build trusted relationships with client leadership and cross-functional teams
Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
