Greeting clients, answering multi line phone system, making appointments
Cash handling-collecting deposits and processing payments
Managing medical records, reports and correspondence
Ensuring lobby and other client accessible areas are neat, clean and free from odors
Computer literacy-Able to utilize Word, Excel, Outlook and be adept at learning new software

Ability to walk, bend, stand and reach constantly during a minimum 8 hour day
Visual acuity sufficient to maintain accurate records, recognize people and understand written directions
Ability to speak and hear sufficiently to understand, give information in person and over the telephone
Fine motor skills adequate for utilizing hospital equipment
Reliability and flexibility in schedule is required

Preferred

Candidates with veterinary or medical office experience are highly desirable and priority for interviewing and hiring will be given to those candidates
