The role involves providing excellent customer service, managing client interactions, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for clients and patients.

Greeting clients, answering multi line phone system, making appointments
Cash handling-collecting deposits and processing payments
Managing medical records, reports and correspondence
Ensuring lobby and other client accessible areas are neat, clean and free from odors
Computer literacy-Able to utilize Word, Excel, Outlook and be adept at learning new software
Qualification
Required
Solid multi-tasking skills
Impeccable customer service
Ability to perform with a high level of accuracy
Detail oriented and has the ability to own their oversights and mistakes
Adept at learning new information quickly and largely self-directed in performing their work
Able to take feedback and direction well, with a positive can-do attitude
Upbeat attitude with calm demeanor, can handle stressful periods in the work day
Absolutely committed to making the clinic the best possible environment for clients and co-workers alike

Ability to walk, bend, stand and reach constantly during a minimum 8 hour day
Visual acuity sufficient to maintain accurate records, recognize people and understand written directions
Ability to speak and hear sufficiently to understand, give information in person and over the telephone
Fine motor skills adequate for utilizing hospital equipment
Reliability and flexibility in schedule is required
Preferred
Candidates with veterinary or medical office experience are highly desirable and priority for interviewing and hiring will be given to those candidates
