Responsibilities

Review/Editing contracts working directly with the SBUs and R&D Legal attorney

Analyzing and summarizing potential relevant AI-Specific Terms for License Order Forms

US Telemedicines law tracking

Review of statutes or common law in a specific area/jurisdiction

Review of legal landscape on digital health areas

Qualification

Legal Research SkillsLaw DegreeCommunication SkillsContract ReviewAI Research

Required

Must be pursuing a Law Degree and is either a current 2L or a 3L

Legal Research Skills (Westlaw or Lexis)

Communication Skills

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship

Must be currently enrolled in a degree program graduating December 2026 or later

The intern must be able to commit to one of these time frames (May 26th-August 14th or June 15th- August 21st)

Able to work full time 40 hours a week during internship dates
