Responsibilities

Building relationships with vendor partners and growing the business by market share
Act as the primary liaison between vendors and internal sales teams, ensuring clear communication of vendor programs, incentives, and product updates
Conduct regular business reviews with vendors to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and explore new opportunities
Support vendor onboarding and integration processes, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with internal systems and processes
Creates, monitors, and revises lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline
Must be okay to travel 25% within the West Coast of Canada

Required

College diploma or degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales or direct sales
Must have excellent sales, relationship-building, customer service, and presentation skills
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust
Strong sales acumen with a deep understanding of sales processes and strategies
Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule as needed
Recognized subject matter expert with specialized knowledge in the function
Experience with MS Office Suite is required
Provides solutions to a variety of advanced, complex technical projects or business issues
Must be okay to travel 25% within the West Coast of Canada
