Responsibilities
Work with an attorney team to represent governmental entities throughout Kansas
Assist local manufacturers, hospitals, other health care facilities, and local and regional investment firms
Assist clients with respect to public-private partnerships such as tax increment finance (TIF), community improvement districts (CID), STAR bonds, reinvestment housing incentive districts (RHID), and industrial revenue bonds (IRB)
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school with an excellent academic record
Admission to Kansas bar and in good standing
Ability to interface directly with attorneys and clients
Demonstrate an ability to work independently and productively
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Strong decision-making, problem-solving and organization skills
Outstanding judgment
Ability to effectively handle multiple projects
Ability to develop and implement legal strategies
