Responsibilities
Anchor the engagement effort for assignments, all the way from business process consulting and problem definition to solution design, development and deployment
Be pivotal to problem definition and discovery of the overall solution and guide teams on project processes, deliverables
Serve as a thought leader in your domain and key advisor to architecture and design reviews
Anchor business pursuit initiatives, client training, in-house capability building
Shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape
Lead the workshops with business to understand the business requirements and present the solutions
Configure the system or expertise level of expertise to customize the solution
Work in a Team / Independently in Onsite/Offshore model
Excellent communications and understanding of business terminologies/processes
Be aware of the constant changes taking place in SAP world
Conduct Design workshop and training sessions
Willing to travel to client location for important workshops and training sessions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology

Preferred
Minimum 4 life cycle implementation experience on any module of SAP IBP like Demand, Supply & Response, Inventory and S&OP
If worked on only on support of SAP IBP, then minimum 5 years of SAP IBP support experience
Total Supply Chain Management experience of minimum 11 years
Earlier experience on any module of SAP APO is added advantage
