Senior Designer, Creative
RH is looking for a talented Senior Designer who will work in collaboration with our Creative Director and design team to develop concepts for architectural store signage, store collateral, retail graphics, and packaging. This position will work closely with internal business partners as well as interface with external agencies and vendors.
Design
Responsibilities
Bring design solutions to life and execute through completion
Work with cross-functional teams to maintain company standards
Design 3D architectural signage, packaging, PR and collateral design for all stores
Maintain and develop graphic standards and style guides for various areas of the business
Develop internal branding and communication materials
Qualification
Required
8+ years of Graphic Design experience
Graphics design experience in retail graphics, packaging, including architectural store signage, store collateral, and corporate collateral
Excellent typographic and creative skills
Understanding of 3D signage and materials such as metal and paint
Express a creative point of view and understand how to execute on it
Highly developed sense of style and design with a personal passion for the industry
Experience in a fast-paced creative environment
Strong communication and organizational skills with experience working as part of a team
Communicate both verbally and written correspondence with team members and vendor partners
Advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Preferred
previous experience with a luxury brand
