Responsibilities
Drive platform maturity with focus on reliability, scalability, user experience, and configurability across multiple healthcare use cases
Directly manage and coordinate a team of software engineers to enhance platform capabilities and ensure the team consistently hits product milestones and delivery commitments
Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering to understand customer needs, support new innovations, and ensure platform capabilities align with market demands
Gather and prioritize product requirements from customers, stakeholders, Sales, and internal teams
Translate business needs into clear specifications and development priorities for the engineering team
Assist Sales in developing product-focused content for sales materials, proposals, and customer presentations
Help define and manage the execution of product roadmap for our modular technology platform
Plan, prioritize, and track engineering work to ensure timely delivery and high-quality releases
Collaborate with the Director of Software on technical decisions and resource planning
Remove blockers and facilitate effective communication between engineering and business stakeholders
Define and track key product metrics to measure platform performance and adoption
Serve as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders
Create and maintain product documentation, including release notes and feature specifications
Balance technical feasibility, business viability, and user needs in product decisions
Qualification
Required
5+ years of product management experience with demonstrated success maturing software platforms
Proven track record of managing software engineering teams and delivering complex products on schedule
Strong project management skills with ability to drive teams toward concrete milestones and outcomes
Experience working on successful commercial software platforms with modern user experiences
Ability to work effectively with software developers and translate between business and technical requirements
Strong understanding of what makes great software: intuitive UX, reliability, scalability, and ease of use
Experience collaborating with sales and pre-sales teams to support customer engagement and product positioning
Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders and resolve competing priorities
Data-driven approach to decision-making with strong analytical capabilities
Familiarity with agile development practices
Healthcare industry knowledge helpful but not required
Preferred
Experience with modular or configurable platform architectures
Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or data platforms
