Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a large Accounts Receivable team, including Managers, Supervisors, and Staff
Oversee cash application, credit, and collections operations while partnering closely with the Billing Director to ensure alignment across the order-to-cash cycle
Develop, document, and manage standard operating procedures (SOPs) to drive accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
Establish and monitor KPIs, performance dashboards, and accountability frameworks across the AR organization
Present AR performance, trends, and recommendations to sales, operations, and financial executive leadership
Manage large, complex commercial B2B portfolios with high transaction volume
Qualification
Required
Prior experience as an AR Director supporting a large organization
Proven success leading large teams in a high-volume AR environment
Strong executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to build structure, scale processes, and create a culture of accountability
Experience collaborating with cross-functional leaders across finance, operations, and sales
