Outside Sales Representative (knowledge of woodworking and CNC machinery)
Talentsearchpro is a major distributor of Industrial Machinery, seeking a high-energy, success-driven Outside Sales Professional. This role focuses on business-to-business sales, developing new business, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.

Identify and target businesses in need of staffing solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and production leaders
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed goals
Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and consultations with prospective clients
Understand client needs and tailor staffing solutions to meet their objectives
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years outside sales in woodworking/CNC/industrial machinery
Strong mechanical/technical aptitude; confident with complex sales cycles
Documented hunter track record (quota attainment, new logos, growth)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-through
Lives in Southern California; valid driver's license; frequent regional travel
Able to commute to Anaheim for demos, trainings, and customer visits
Proven B2B sales experience with a track record of success
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Previous experience in outside sales, staffing, or related B2B services
