Collect and track subcontractor compliance documents (COIs, W-9s, licenses, waivers)
Ensure all vendors remain compliant throughout each project and follow up on expirations
Support project accountants by providing accurate compliance info for timely billing
Review subcontractor invoices to confirm compliance before processing
Maintain organized, audit-ready project compliance files
Coordinate with project teams to resolve missing or incomplete documentation
Qualification
Required
2+ years of project admin, coordination, accounting support, or compliance experience
Experience with subcontractor documents (COIs, W-9s, insurance, etc.)
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines
Proficient in Excel and basic accounting/project software
