Senior Sales Executive – HVAC Service Agreements (Hunter Role)
Talentsearchpro is experiencing rapid growth through nationwide HVAC acquisitions and expansions, and they are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive new business in smaller markets. The role focuses on securing preventative maintenance service agreements while identifying opportunities for repairs and building a strong pipeline through relationship building.
Responsibilities
Drive new business in a tight, relationship-driven market
Secure preventative maintenance service agreements with commercial and industrial customers
Identify opportunities for repairs, retrofits, and project upgrades
Build a strong pipeline through cold outreach, networking, job walks, and local relationship building
Meet with facility managers, building owners, and operational leaders to uncover needs
Partner with internal estimating and service teams to scope, price, and deliver proposals
Manage the full sales cycle from first touch to close
Maintain CRM accuracy for pipeline, forecasting, and follow-ups
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated success selling commercial HVAC / mechanical service agreements
Strong hunter DNA with experience building territory from scratch
Experience selling service contracts
Ability to work independently and thrive in a lower-volume market
Strong relationship-building, communication, and follow-up discipline
Preferred
Local New England commercial/industrial relationships are a plus
Project sales experience is a plus
