Business Development Liaison
Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation is seeking a Business Development Liaison to grow referrals for their Dallas-area Day Neuro Program and Inpatient Rehab Hospitals. The role involves building relationships with physicians and discharge planners, as well as mentoring teammates in account management best practices.

Responsibilities
Travel to referral locations throughout Dallas-Fort Worth and surrounding communities
Develop and deliver presentations to hospital and referral source staff
Develops strategies to grow market share in core business lines in assigned hospitals
Creates quarterly goals and objectives
Qualification
Required
BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related field
Three or more years of experience in healthcare sales
Ability to travel
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with members of the marketing and Clinical liaison teams to achieve established referral goals
Basic computer MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and contact management systems
Preferred
Knowledge of managed care and physical rehabilitation
Experience in marketing to inpatient providers and case managers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area
