Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult and/or family populations
Conduct routine physicals, preventive screenings, and wellness visits
Diagnose and manage chronic and acute medical conditions
Coordinate care with specialists and ancillary services as needed
Utilize evidence-based guidelines and maintain strong patient communication
Document efficiently and accurately within the EMR
Participate in team meetings, quality initiatives, and population health activities
Support a culture of compassion, accessibility, and patient-centered care
Qualification
Required
MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
Completion of Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Eligible for Washington state medical licensure
All experience levels considered; new graduates welcome
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and commitment to team-based care
