Responsibilities

Draft and argue pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

Represent creditors, including banks, mortgage companies, credit card companies, and collection agencies, in state and federal court

Handle disputes involving consumer finance and creditors’ rights

Provide strategic guidance on litigation matters and assist with complex case management

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure effective litigation strategies

Stay current with changes in laws and regulations affecting consumer finance litigation

Required
