Senior Activation Specialist

As a Senior Activation Specialist, you will oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed with Xnurta's tools and services while collaborating with various teams to optimize the onboarding experience.
Responsibilities
Lead the onboarding and trial experience for new clients, ensuring successful setup, integration, and activation of all Xnurta tools (AI Copilot, DSP, AMC Hub, etc.)
Partner with Sales and Client Success to manage trial clients post-sale, clearly defining success metrics and driving adoption through structured milestone check-ins
Create implementation plans tailored to each client’s retail media stack, including DSP, AMC, and Sponsored Ads components
Monitor client progress through onboarding dashboards, flag risks early, and ensure timely resolution
Build, document, and optimize repeatable onboarding frameworks that drive time-to-value
Maintain internal onboarding resources, SOPs, and training materials in collaboration with Product and Client Success teams
Partner with CS/Sales leadership to streamline trial-to-paid conversion workflows and improve efficiency across teams
Deliver structured training sessions and workflow walk-throughs to educate clients on platform functionality and AI-driven optimization
Translate complex ad tech and retail media concepts into actionable client strategies
Support clients with connecting ad accounts, data integrations, and attribution systems (Amazon Ads, DSP, AMC, etc.)
Troubleshoot setup and reporting challenges in partnership with Product and Engineering teams
Maintain a deep understanding of system architecture to identify gaps or inefficiencies in implementation
Serve as the primary liaison between Sales, Product, and Client Success during the onboarding phase
Provide structured feedback loops to Product and Engineering based on client implementation experiences
Identify upsell potential and work closely with the account CSMs to ensure seamless transition to ongoing success management
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of experience in client onboarding, customer success, or ad tech implementation roles
Strong understanding of Amazon Ads, DSP, and AMC (Retail Media or Ad Tech platform experience required)
Proven track record of building and scaling onboarding or implementation processes
Exceptional organizational skills with a process-first and documentation-driven mindset
Strong communicator with the ability to connect the dots between technical and business goals
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field preferred
Proficiency in CRM and workflow tools (HubSpot, ChurnZero, Jira, Asana preferred)
