Responsibilities

Drive predictable performance across all sector programs for the Finance function

Partner with programs and Finance function to ensure executable baseline plan (cost and schedule)

Drive program baseline planning for the Finance function

Manage training for the program finance

Partner with program and Finance function to ensure IPT lead / CAM excellence

Partner with Finance to drive robust EVMS within programs

Serve as advocate for Finance functional initiatives within sector programs

Support Gate and Independent Reviews for the sector

Support program R&O management

Support programs with EAC/ETC development, review, and approval

Support various Sector and Division reviews

Ensure appropriate Finance staffing for program proposals, baseline activities, and execution

Enforce Finance policy and process requirements within programs

Support continuous improvement projects

Coordinates support of internal and customer audits

Coordinates and adjudicates PMX support priorities
