Responsibilities

Ensures compliance to all Power Generation Division (PGD) operational model processes

Leads by example and emulates the PGD shared values

Ensures all business activities are conducted following corporate policies and are in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal permits, codes, standards, and regulations

Analyzes and identifies the root cause of - and implements comprehensive technical solutions to - complex application deficiencies and system issues

Acts as technical liaison to individuals within and outside the organization with responsibility to act independently regarding technical matters pertaining to individual's field

Develops new (and improves existing) processes with goal of increasing productivity, reducing risk of system failure, promoting efficiency in work flow, and meeting or exceeding the key operational performance targets

Monitors, controls, and forecasts plant budgets and ensures compliance with all contractual obligations

Maintains all company supplied equipment, facilities, and tooling

Completes reports and paperwork and uses computer based applications

Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required

Possesses a bachelor's degree in engineering

At least five years of hands-on experience in leading field services operations, preferably within utility-scale solar and/or energy storage operations

Proficiency in collaborating effectively within a complex organizational structure and across all levels of the Company

Strong executive presentation skills with the ability to communicate issues across various levels of the organization

Certification as a Six Sigma green belt or a comparable quality assurance qualification

Proficient in network infrastructure, communication protocols, and web technology

Established track record of managing profit and loss responsibilities

Exceptional analytical capabilities and a track record of thriving in cross-functional and team-oriented environments

Valid Driver's License (NON CDL)
